• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
• You may not use our predictions for commercial redistribution
• You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Team names, league names, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under the legal age requirement
• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where it may be illegal
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• Use the Service to facilitate unlawful gambling
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our predictions
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
• We are not liable for any gambling losses or financial damages resulting from the use of our predictions or analyses.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
